Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds more than one account, it will be treated as a prohibited activity and all accounts will be closed. In such cases, deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

vip399 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though additional verification may be required for large deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Errors

If there is a problem with any transaction, please notify customer support within 24 hours. vip399 reserves the right to correct any amount that was incorrectly credited or debited due to a technical error.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳10,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times (15x) before they can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Promotional Terms

  • Each promotional offer has its own rules and expiry period.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
  • If vip399 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
  • Bonus offers apply to Bangladeshi players only.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Game Cancellation and Results

The use of any bot, script, automation software or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

7.1 VIP Tiers

The vip399 VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

  • Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

7.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. Gaming activity and history are taken into account when determining VIP tier. vip399 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time and will notify players in advance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if they occur:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Creating an account under a third party's identity or a false identity.
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Collusion (secret agreements between players) or cheating.
  • Using automated software to influence game outcomes.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other players.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

Account Closure and Suspension
